A1 Sportback at end of month Friday, February 03, 2012 Audi Ireland will begin delivering the first units of its A1 Sportback at the end of February, priced from €19,910, writes Brian Byrne. The 5-door 5-seat version of the brand's supermini segment car has more headroom and shoulder space and will come with Sport and S Line versions. Four engines will include a 1.6 TDI with CO2 emissions below 100g/km. Audi expect the majority of buyers to select either the petrol 1.2 TFSI with 85hp or the diesel 1.6 TDI with 90hp. Diesel customers can also choose 105hp and 143hp whilst petrol buyers can upgrade to the 1.4 TFSI available with either 125hp or 185hp. |
